It depends on your platform’s payload and the range you need. The V1000 is the lightest at 320 g, with up to 200× EO zoom and a 1.5 km laser rangefinder. The V1500 (850 g) adds 26.5× optical zoom, a 2 km rangefinder and up to 100 TOPS of AI edge computing. The V5000 (1200 g) offers up to 500× EO zoom, 1280 × 1024 thermal imaging with 32× zoom and a 3 km rangefinder. Talk to our team and we will help you choose.
Yes. Every model combines dual 48 MP Sony day sensors with a thermal camera that supports spot and area temperature measurement: 640 × 512 with 8× zoom on the V1000 and V1500, and a 35 mm 1280 × 1024 sensor with 32× zoom on the V5000.
Three options developed by AIRMODE: AirCX, a ground station based on QGroundControl for integrated flight and camera control; AirCam, a standalone app for operating the camera over Ethernet without a drone; and AirSDK for integrating the cameras into your own software.
